Shropshire CNC is a trading name of RS CNC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09561659), with operations based in Oswestry, Shropshire.

2. Our Products

All products are CNC-cut to order in our Oswestry workshop. Product descriptions, dimensions, and images on the website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in material, finish, or colour may occur due to the nature of the manufacturing process.

3. Ordering

By placing an order through shropshirecnc.co.uk you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on each product listing. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Shropshire CNC is not liable for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Bespoke & Custom Orders

Orders placed for custom or bespoke products are manufactured to your specific requirements. These orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing a bespoke order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on this website. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on shropshirecnc.co.uk — including product designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of RS CNC Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shropshire CNC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
