Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shropshire CNC, we take pride in the quality and precision of every product we make. All of our products are CNC-cut to order in our Oswestry workshop, which means each piece is manufactured specifically for you.

Made to Order

Because our products are made to order, we assess all return and refund requests on a case by case basis. We understand that circumstances vary and we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to put it right.

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable as standard, as these are manufactured to your specific requirements. However if there is a fault or error on our part, we will of course address this.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographs where applicable. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.
