Returns & Refunds Policy
At Shropshire CNC, we take pride in the quality and precision of every product we make. All of our products are CNC-cut to order in our Oswestry workshop, which means each piece is manufactured specifically for you.
Made to Order
Because our products are made to order, we assess all return and refund requests on a case by case basis. We understand that circumstances vary and we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to put it right.
Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable as standard, as these are manufactured to your specific requirements. However if there is a fault or error on our part, we will of course address this.
IMPORTANT – SELF-BUILD TIMBER COMPONENTS & EDGE FINISH
Our CNC-cut plywood kits are manufactured as practical, self-build components intended for vehicle conversions, rather than finished furniture.
Minor edge and corner imperfections are to be expected with CNC-cut timber components. These may include small chips, surface scuffs, rough edges or minor cosmetic irregularities.
As these products are designed for self-assembly and installation, a reasonable level of DIY competency and finishing work is expected from the installer.
Minor cosmetic imperfections form part of the normal preparation and finishing process and can generally be rectified using:

Light sanding to smooth rough edges.

Standard wood filler for small chips or imperfections.

PVA wood glue where appropriate.

Carpet lining, trim or other finishing materials to conceal exposed edges.
Once installed and finished as intended, these minor imperfections will generally have no impact on the appearance or functionality of the completed conversion.
Please note: Our kits are supplied as self-build components, and minor cosmetic edge imperfections consistent with the description above should not be mistaken for structural or manufacturing defects.
Any significant damage, missing components or issues affecting the fit, strength or intended use of the product should be reported to us so that we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photographs where applicable. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
