Shipping Policy
Shropshire CNC ships to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, or international destinations.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All of our products are CNC-cut to order in our Oswestry workshop. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be created, cut, and prepared for dispatch. This processing time is in addition to the delivery transit time once your order has been collected by our courier.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery timescales are determined by our courier and are estimated rather than guaranteed. We will provide tracking information where available once your order has been collected.
Delays
During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order is subject to a delay, we will contact you directly. Shropshire CNC is not liable for delays caused by third party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
